Ram raiders target Cambridgeshire Post Office

Police are hunting for a gang who carried out a ram raid on a post office and shop in a Cambridgeshire village.

The gang targeted the store this morning in a bid to steal the cash machine.

They used a JCB tele handler to smash into the store but police arrived before they could finish the raid. The gang escaped in a high-powered vehicle.

Police are appealing for anyone with information to get in contact on 101.
