Norwich MP misses first debate as Shadow Defence Secretary

Norwich South MP Clive Lewis missed his first debate since becoming Shadow Defence Secretary as he was apparently travelling back from the Glastonbury Festival.

Defence secretary Michael Fallon said "Clive Lewis is AWOL on his first parade"

Mr Lewis was replaced for the debate by his predecessor Emma Thornberry who was moved to the Foreign Affairs brief following the resignations from Jeremy Corbyn's Shadow Cabinet.
