Investigations continue into unexplained Wroxham deaths

The deaths continue to be treated as unexplained.

Detectives are continuing their investigations into the death of two people on a boat in Wroxham.

Police were called to the scene at Wroxham Broad at 4pm Thursday 9 June following concerns for safety due to the length of time the vessel had been moored in that location.

On attendance officers found a man and a woman and a dog dead within the boat moored near Wroxham Island.

The boat, which was privately owned, has since been towed away to a local boatyard.

The Marine Investigation Branch will be assessing the vessel today and officers will remain in the area as enquires by Norwich CID continue.

The deaths continue to be treated as unexplained.
