Hundreds at vigil for schoolgirl killed in bouncy castle tragedy
A candlelit vigil has been held for a schoolgirl who died at an Easter fair in Essex.
Seven-year-old Summer Grant, from Norwich, was killed when the bouncy castle she was playing on blew away.
Around 200 people attended the vigil held at Harlow Town Park where the tragedy happened. A two minutes' silence was held and some of Summer's favourite songs were played.
Her uncle Shawn Grant said: "We weren't sure how many people were going to come along, but as you can see it's been huge turnout.
"It's just immense the amount of support we've had. It's truly wonderful it really is, so touching.
"It's tough because it's on such a public scale, so we've had to grieve in a different way, but we're getting through, we're a strong family.
"We just want to say thank you for all the support and everyone who's turned up tonight."
Two people have been arrested on suspicion of manslaughter by gross negligence in connection with Summer's death.
