For 17 years youngsters have been flocking to the Norfolk Showground for the annual Spring Fling. It's a chance to get hands-on experience of looking after animals and wildlife and getting a greater understanding of how our food is produced.
The show was originally set up to replace the Royal Norfolk Show in the year is was cancelled due to the foot and mouth crisis. Similar shows are now put on around the country.
The event is organised by the Royal Norfolk Agricultural Association to raise awareness and appreciation of the agricultural industry.
