Wyman joined the Rolling Stones in 1962 and played alongside frontman Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, and Charlie Watts - as well as a number of other band members - until deciding to leave the group in 1993.

He later founded his own band - Bill Wyman's Rhythm Kings - who last toured in 2014.

The musician was pictured on Saturday at the wedding of Rupert Murdoch and Mick Jagger's former partner Jerry Hall.
