Proposed cuts to Norfolk youth services could put young people at risk.

Charities in Norfolk are warning that proposed cuts to youth services could put vulnerable young people at risk. Norfolk County Council proposes to save more than £800,000 over three years by cutting funding to the Youth Advisory Boards and groups working with young people.
