Santa takes to the Norfolk Broads to give bereaved children a festive Christmas treat
A group of children who have recently lost one or both parents have been given a special 'Santa Cruise' trip on the Norfolk Broads.
Organised by Herbert Woods and the charity, Nelson's Journey, the trip took the youngsters and their remaining families on a two hour sail from Potter Heigham to St Benet's Abbey. During that time they were treated to Christmas cakes and presents.
In Norfolk alone this year, 470 youngsters have lost a parent.
