Six veterans trek 1000 miles for Walking with the Wounded.
All six of them have sustained life-changing injuries while serving for their country but that hasn't stopped them walking the length of Britain. The team of veterans reached Norfolk today as part of a 1000 mile trek across the country raising money for Norfolk-based Walking with the Wounded. The charity, based in Stody, has already sent teams to the North and South Pole.
Their route will take them through Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex and will end at Buckingham Palace on 1st November. The team wants to raise £250,000 for Walking with the Wounded.
