Ipswich Town give ultimate tribute to fan by scoring during minute's applause
An Ipswich Town fan who died at the age of just 21 was given the ultimate tribute from the club that he loved when Blues striker Daryl Murphy scored during a minute's applause in his memory.
Town fans all stood in unison in the 21st minute of the clash with Nottingham Forest at Portman Road on Saturday to remember the life of Chris Reynolds who passed away at Papworth Hospital in Cambridgeshire last week.
And incredibly, The Championship's top scorer Murphy guided the ball home with just three seconds left of the applause remaining.

The ovation was organised by the friends and family of Mr Reynolds and the appeal was also supported by Town defender Tyrone Mings - who was seen clapping on the pitch during the 21st minute of the game.
Mr Reynolds was a "massive" Ipswich Town supporter and was a season ticket holder in the Sir Bobby Robson stand.
He was also a keen golfer, and played regularly at the Rookery Park Golf Club near Lowestoft.
Ipswich Town went on to win the game 2-1, meaning that a point in their final game at Blackburn Rovers will secure their place in the play-offs.
