House still covered in Christmas lights causes row
A Dunstable man who still has his Christmas lights on the outside of his house, despite it being March, has had a letter sent to him saying his house is a 'disgrace' and 'grotesque'.
Kevin Franklin has been unable to take the decorations down after he had a stroke.
He says he decided to keep them up until April to help raise funds during 'Autism Awareness Week" next month.
Kevin contacted Central Bedfordshire Council who assured him that they don't have any objections to his Christmas decorations and that he has not broken any regulations.
