Big loser hopes to inspire others
In January many people think about trying to lose weight, but if it's a New Year resolution it usually only lasts for a couple of months.
However over the last year Elliott Tolmie from Norwich has lost nearly half his body weight and he still wants to lose more.
During the day Elliott sells pork rolls on Norwich but in the evening his fitness regime involves training and beefing up his biceps with some boxing.
A year ago, Elliott was a 22 year old man weighing in at 28 stone.
Willpower, hard work and a balanced diet were the key to Elliott's success.
Elliott lost 12 stone in as many months which is equivalent to 305 packs of butter.
He's now hoping his transformation will be an inspiration to others who want to lose weight.
