Rutland residents shocked as second, stronger earthquake shakes Rutland

The British Geological Survey has reported a second earthquake in Rutland in 24 hours.

The earthquake is thought to be stronger than the 3.2 magnitude quake yesterday, with a magnitude of 3.5, and a depth of 2km.

According to the BGS, it happened shortly before 8am today.

Many people took to Twitter to say that they had felt a tremor, including former England cricketer Matthew Hoggard.
