Volunteer Gladys still making meals at 93
93-year old Gladys Dunn from Weasenham St Peter in Norfolk cooks three times a week for the people in her sheltered housing complex.
Despite retiring 30 years ago, Gladys is working as hard as ever and does her own shopping for supplies twice a week by catching a bus to the shops in King's Lynn and Fakenham.
Now she has been given a national volunteering award by the Duchess of Cornwall. Called the "Diamond Champion Award" she was chosen because of her dedication to others.
