Two questioned in triple murder investigation
Two people are being questioned in connection with a triple murder investigation.
A 30-year-old woman, arrested in Hereford last week, was last night taken to Cambridgeshire to be questioned about the murders of Kevin Lee, 48, John Chapman, 56, and Lucasz Slaboszewski, 31.
A 55-year-old man was also arrested in Peterborough yesterday (Tuesday) on suspicion of assisting an offender.
Both are being held at Thorpe Wood Police Station.
The bodies of Mr Chapman, of Bifield, Orton Goldhay, Peterborough, and Mr Slaboszewski, from Peterborough, were discovered at Thorney Dyke by a member of the public on Wednesday, April 3.
Their deaths are being linked to the murder of Mr Lee whose body was discovered in Newborough on Saturday, March 30.
Post mortems concluded all three died as a result of stab wounds.
The latest arrest brings the number of people arrested in connection with the investigation to six.
A 36-year-old man has been charged with perverting the course of justice and will appear at Peterborough Crown Court today (Wednesday).
A 47-year-old man arrested in Hereford last week was questioned about the murders over the weekend.
