Bone marrow match

A Northamptonshire man whose family launched a campaign to recruit bone marrow donors has had a successful transplant.

Steve Evans from Bugbrooke near Northampton is recovering in hospital following the procedure.

Earlier this year his family staged an event to persuade more people to join the donor register.
