Family anger over hospital fall death

A family in Essex has accused a hospital of failing to do enough to protect a man who fell to his death from a window.

Robin Blowes was recovering from an operation at Southend Hospital when it happened.

After his inquest today the hospital offered its 'sincere condolences' - but Mr Blowes wife and daughter said it had failed in its duty of care. Hannah Pettifer reports.
