Norwich is to get a new television station, as part of a government drive to deliver more local programmes. Mustard TV is one of 21 'pioneer' locations across the UK, which will be awarded 12 year licences by Ofcom.

The commercial channel, part of the Archant media group, will begin broadcasting from autumn next year. It plans to run from 6am to midnight, 7 days a week.
