Vulcan set to fly over Clacton
The Avro Vulcan bomber is set to make its debut appearance at the Clacton Air Show today.
The show is in its 21st year and the two day event generates more than £4 million to the local economy.
The Vulcan bomber is celebrating its 60th anniversary of its first flight that took place on 30 August 1952.
The Red Arrows make a welcome return to the airshow tomorrow. Last year they cancelled their performance after Flight Lieutenant Jon Egging died in a crash at the Bournemouth Air Festival.
