MP takes first past the post to new levels
As a politician Matthew Hancock is well used to horse-trading, but now the Conservative MP for West Suffolk has tried his hand at horse racing too.
The politician swapped a business suit for racing silks as he took part on his first ever flat race.
He lost two stone in order to allow him to saddle-up and ride racehorse Dick Doughtywyley at Newmarket at the weekend.
