Stolen sculpture recovered

Police have recovered a bronze sundial sculpture stolen from the Henry Moore Foundation in Much Hadham in Hertfordshire.

The 56 cm high sundial, which is thought to be worth up to half a million pounds, was taken from the sculptor's former home overnight on Tuesday 10 July.

It was recovered along with a bronze plinth, which had also been taken from the Foundation on 15 July.

Three men from Stansted in Essex, who are aged 22, 19 and 22, have been arrested on suspicion of two counts of theft and are in police custody.
