Corby set to impress Queen and Prince Philip

With the Queen and Prince Phillip due in Corby on Wednesday there's confidence in the town that she'll be impressed by the changes which have taken place since her last visit.

Although there is still a question mark hanging over Prince Phillip's attendance, after his treatment in hospital for a bladder infection, it's hoped the Royal couple will be able to see the Corby Cube and the new swimming pool.

Corby Borough Council says the visit has created a buzz in the town and has spent today putting up flags and banners commemorating the occasion.
