Colchester event to help military back into civilian life

Military servicemen and women wanting to leave the army have been at an event in Colchester to help ease them into civilian life.

It's run by the British Forces Resettlement Services and aims to help service leavers, veterans and those at risk of redundancy to plan their next move.
