It's fifty years since the Queen opened Addenbrooke's Hospital. To celebrate the hospital's golden anniversary, the chair of Cambridge University Hospitals, Mary Archer, will be hosting a special tea party.

More than 30 people who were at the hospital's opening in 1962 will be attending the event, including patients, nurses, consultants, administration staff, contractors and builders.

Michael Fuller was a laboratory steward at the time and has vivid memories of the Queen's visit fifty years ago.
