RAF blow up phosphorous flares in Norfolk
A bomb squad from RAF Wittering were called to the Norfolk coast on Monday to deal with phosphorous flares.
Four flares were found - three at Sheringham and one at Trimingham. Yarmouth Coastguard believe that the direction of the wind caused high tides which dragged the flares up from the sea.
The coastguard are warning walkers to be vigilant and if they do spot anything not to approach it and to call 999.
