Silver Arrow takes to the road at Tongwell

The Mercedes F1 team based in Northamptonshire has been showing off its Silver Arrow racing car at the company's UK headquarters in Milton Keynes.

F1 test driver Anthony Davidson put on a show for 1700 employees based at Tongwell and their families on Saturday 19th May.

The event included a pit-stop challenge, in which staff took each other on with guidance from professionals, and a driving demonstration for children who could reach the pedals.

The Chief Executive of Mercedes-Benz UK Marcus Breitschwerdt said the team at Milton Keynes play an important role in the company.

He also said the event was a well-deserved reward.
