Squadron centenary

A collection of RAF memorabilia has been put together to mark the centenary of the world's oldest flying military squadron. The number 1 Fighter Squadron was formed in 1912. It was based at RAF Wittering near Peterborough for more than 40 years. While it's now been disbanded, enthusiasts are still working to keep the memory alive.
