How one man helped feed some of London's most vulnerable during lockdown

Leroy Simpson is a welcome reminder of how the impact of the coronavirus is still bringing out the best in us.
Mr Simpson has long helped vulnerable residents in his local community of Harlesden in north-west London.But during lockdown, his weekly food collections and deliveries have become even more important than ever and he was inspired to start a project - Harlesden Mutual Aid - to bring his community together.On its first day in March, Harlesden Mutual Aid delivered 190 meals to people in need.In the latest part in our series "In This Together" Leroy tells ITV News how he wanted people to keep physically fit so they stay mentally fit during this tough period.
