How one city is gearing up for the staycation boom

While some people are keeping their fingers crossed for a quarantine-free summer holiday abroad, many will be looking to take a break closer to home this year.

According to one study, Plymouth is better placed than anywhere in England to enjoy a rapid recovery in visitor numbers as the coronavirus lockdown eases.

It's not an invasion of foreign tourists facing this city but the possibility that it may benefit from an influx of visitors holidaying at home.
