Lovely start to the week

Monday:Most areas will have another dry and bright day with plenty of very warm sunshine. Some coastal areas in northeast England and eastern Scotland will start off cloudier though.

Outlook for Tuesday to Thursday:Rain in the northwest Tuesday, very warm sunny periods elsewhere. Turning unsettled midweek, with heavy showers in the south Wednesday and rain in the north spreading to most parts Thursday.
