This is The Royal Rota - our weekly podcast about the royal family, with ITV News Royal Editor Chris Ship and Producer Lizzie Robinson.

In this week's episode, Chris and Lizzie talk about Prince William and Kate's trip to Ireland where we saw the couple test their sporting skills, pour the perfect pint of Guinness and pay tribute to those who died fighting for freedom from Britain.

Chris and Lizzie also cover the first of Prince Harry and Meghan's final engagements as they wrap up their royal duties.

We speak to Royal Editors Omid Scobie from Harper's Bazaar, and Russell Myers from the Daily Mirror about Harry and Meghan's night out at the Endeavour Awards and The Silverstone Experience where Harry hung out with F1 star Lewis Hamilton.

We also check in on Prince Charles and Camilla who chose a slightly slower mode of travel as they hopped on a double-decker bus to mark 20 years of Transport for London.
