Sun, sea and tropical sunsets: Are you up to the job of pulling pints in a Caribbean paradise?
If sun, sea and cider in an exotic paradise fit your ideals of a perfect summer getaway, this could be the job for you.
One lucky bartender is in with the chance of winning the job of a lifetime, serving thirsty customers on an exotic bar in the middle of the Caribbean Sea.
The winner of this glamorous summer job will run Floyd's Pelican Bar for a week, a remote floating retreat a mile off the coast of Jamaica.
All flight and accommodation will be paid for, Virgin Holidays confirmed.
No qualifications are necessary and dates will be chosen to fit around the applicant.
Hopefuls can apply online, although the only mode of transport will require you to commute by paddle board or boat "even when the weather is a little too beautiful to go to work".
Successful applicants will chat to both locals and tourists alike, enjoy the local beer, and throw the occasional fish to the resident pelicans, who gave the bar its name, a spokesman said.
Whoever takes over the reigns will give Floyd Forbes, the owner of the bar, the chance to enjoy his first holiday in eight years.
Mr Forbes built his bar on stilts in 2001 to share the area's scenic beauty with others.
Model-turned-publican Jodie Kidd, who will be helping to judge the applications, said: “I love being a pub landlady here in the UK, but if I had the opportunity to take the best of the job and do it all from an island paradise in the Caribbean, I wouldn’t say no.
“This is an incredible chance for anyone looking to combine the best job in the world with one of the best overseas destinations – and giving a local legend a well-deserved holiday – so what are you waiting for?”
