Jose Mourinho takes a tumble at Russian ice hockey match
Former Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho suffered another embarrassing slip-up as he ceremonially opened an ice hockey match in Russia.
After he made the first puck drop at Monday's Kontinental Hockey League game between Avangard Omsk and SKA St. Petersburg in Moscow, he turned to walk back down the red carpet, only to find his legs going from under him.
He was up from the ice helped by two-time Stanley Cup winner Pavel Datsyuk of SKA St. Petersburg and appeared unhurt.
Mourinho was sacked as Manchester United manager in December after finding himself under increasing pressure for his perceived style of negative football and the club's worst start to a top-flight campaign since 1990-91.
Looks like his falls from grace are not entirely behind him.
