What I learned from my extreme response to turning 30
Point of View is an ITV News series where we invite people to share their life experiences and what they've learned from them.
Like a lot of people, Abbi Naylor worried about turning 30.
The anxiety of the milestone age had the mega-active expedition leader drawing up lists and targeting multiple achievements, to the point where she had to get help.
So how did that lead to her then taking on 30 extreme challenges and happily pushing her body and mind to the limit in 2018?
Here Abbi explains how she has come to embrace exercise, despite it almost ending her life in her teenage years, and how her thirty4thirty charity effort has changed her perspective on who she really is as she embarks on a fourth decade.
