Gemma Atkinson and Strictly boyfriend Gorka Marquez expecting baby

Actress Gemma Atkinson and Strictly Come Dancing professional Gorka Marquez have announced they are expecting a baby.

Ex-Hollyoaks and Emmerdale star Atkinson, 34, met Marquez when they competed on Strictly's 2017 series, where the pair finished runners-up with different partners.

The couple, who moved in together after the show, confirmed their news on Instagram.

Posting a picture of her two dogs to Instagram, Atkinson said: "And what Amazing big brothers they will be! Myself & Gorks are beyond excited and happy and feel incredibly blessed to be meeting our new family member later this year. Baby Marquez!!! We love you loads already."
