Butland starts and Alexander-Arnold to get England debut against Costa Rica
A fully-fit England squad trained at St George's Park ahead of their final World Cup warm-up game.
The Three Lions travel to Leeds to face Costa Rica on Thursday before flying out to Russia for the World Cup.
Harry Kane, Raheem Sterling, Jordan Henderson, Jamie Vardy and Dele Alli were all involved in the session on Wednesday morning, with boss Gareth Southgate avoiding injury concerns.
England boss Gareth Southgate has confirmed Jack Butland will start in goal and right-back Trent Alexander-Arnold will make his debut in Thursday's friendly against Costa Rica.
Jordan Pickford is set to start the World Cup after he was given the number one shirt but Butland will have a final opportunity to stake his claim in the international at Elland Road.
Alexander-Arnold, 19, will continue his rapid rise when he walks out for his England bow.
"For sure Jack Butland plays in goal and we will make a few changes - Trent Alexander-Arnold will make his debut," Southgate said at a press conference in Leeds.
Southgate insisted Alexander-Arnold, who went from youth prospect to Champions League finalist this season, is in contention to start against Tunisia on June 18.
"No, that's why he's here," said Southgate when asked if he would have any qualms starting the Liverpool full-back in the first game in Russia.
"I've not got a player in the squad who I would think twice about putting into the opening game of the World Cup.
"He's here on merit. He's performed exceptionally well this season and has settled into the group really well.
"I'm really pleased to have him with us. It's a huge moment for him, of course, but well deserved."
