Hull want fans to show support for injured Mason during Man United visit

Hull City want fans to partake in a minute's applause in support of Ryan Mason during their League Cup semi-final against Manchester United.

The midfielder suffered a fractured skull in Sunday's match with Chelsea and remains in hospital following surgery.

It was announced on Tuesday that the midfielder is making "excellent progress" but will remain in hospital for a few more days.
