Hurricane Matthew kills at least ten in the US
Hurricane Matthew has killed at least ten people as it battered the US east coast.
As the storm hit there were major floods and power outages in Florida and Georgia.
Matthew - which was a category 5 storm when it hit Haiti last week killing nearly 900 people - made landfall in the States on Friday.
Category 5 is the most powerful storm there is with winds topping 157mph or more.
The storm has since been downgraded but even if the worst has passed, damage has already been done.
The National Hurricane Service warned of potentially life-threatening flooding in Georgia and North Carolina.
At least five deaths in Florida and three deaths in North Carolina have so far been attributed to the storm.
