At least 77 injured after gas explosion near Malaga resort

At least 77 people have been hurt after a gas cylinder exploded at a cafe in Velez-Malaga on the south coast of Spain, close to popular tourist destination Malaga.

A spokesman for the Andalucia region's emergency unit said that five people were being treated for serious injuries after the explosion, which happened at about 5pm GMT during a festival in the town.

Video footage posted to social media shows a cafe called "La Bohemia" with flames inside, as festival-goers move out of the area.
