Hillary Clinton quips at Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin's 'famous bromance'
Hillary Clinton has taken a swipe at Donald Trump's "bromance" with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
The Democratic presidential nominee described Trump and Putin's relationship as "the most famous bromance going" on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.
Clinton was responding after host Fallon presented her with a framed photo of Putin which Trump had "left in her dressing room".
Earlier this month, Trump said Putin was more of a leader than Barack Obama.
Sixty-nine-year-old Clinton was also handed a copy of Pink Floyd's classic album The Wall - a reference to the tycoon's plans to separate Mexico from the US.
During a light-hearted talk on the late-night show, Clinton was greeted by Fallon wearing a surgeon's mask.
Seeing the funny side after her diagnosis with pneumonia, Clinton responded: "I am not contagious - just for your information".
The Democrat revealed she was feeling much better.
"It was crazy for me. I'm used to getting up and powering through it and that's what I thought I could do. Turned out I couldn't, so I took a few days off", she said.
Fallon then presented Clinton with a brown paper bag which Republican nominee Trump, who appeared on the show on Friday, had "left in her dressing room".
He first wondered whether it was a photo of Trump's wife, asking: "No, that's not Melania, is that?".
But the love heart-shaped picture frame turned out to be of the Russian president, which Clinton quipped was "the most famous bromance going".
Fallon then handed Clinton a copy of Pink Floyd's 1979 album The Wall.
"That's as close as he's gonna get to the wall," the former secretary of state responded.
