Lee Nelson 'renames' Sir Philip Green's yacht 'BHS destroyer'

Simon Brodkin, most known as his comic alter ego Lee Nelson, has apparently rebranded Sir Philip Green's yacht in Monaco the "BHS destroyer".

The stunt, according to photos posted on his social media accounts, involved a team of people driving up to the yacht and attaching a banner on the millionaire retail mogul's yacht.

Lee captioned the photos: "Good of Sir Philip Green to rename his £100 million yacht to something more appropriate. I was glad to help."

Brodkin, in character as Lee Nelson, is no stranger to controversy or the limelight - this is the latest stunt in many that the comic has carried out over the years.

Earlier this year, he was escorted out by security after showing up to Donald Trump's opening speech at his new golf course in Scotland, with swastika-marked golf balls.

Last year the stunt comedian showered Sepp Blatter with fake money at a Fifa press conference in Zurich, saying the money was "for North Korea".

He also showed up on stage at Glastonbury in 2015 during Kanye West's set, mimicking the rapper-singer before being bundled off-stage by security.
