Nicola Adams retains Olympic boxing title
Team GB's gold rush continues as Nicola Adams wins gold in the women's flyweight boxing division, retaining her title.
The 33-year-old fought against France's Sarah Ourahmoune in the final bout, having beaten China's Ren Cancan in the semifinals on Thursday.
After she won the final match, she beamed, saying: "The gold rush continues."
Adams later posted a video to Twitter, thanking fans for their support.
Her triumph came shortly after Tom Daley was denied a chance at a second medal at the Games after crashing out during the semifinal of the men's individual diving.
Team GB now has 65 medals - 27 gold, 22 silver, and 16 bronze.
Adams is now a double Olympic boxing champion, and the first female British athlete to successfully defend the boxing title.
