Driver walks away from accident that flipped ten-tonne tractor upside down
A tractor driver has walked away from a bizarre one-vehicle accident that left his ten-tonne tractor flipped onto its roof.
Police in Corby, Northamptonshire, posted a photo of the aftermath of the crash.
The force tweeted: "There's been an argument between a tractor, its trailer and the road."
The red tractor flipped completely when its yellow trailer toppled on its side after it lost control as it drove through the sleepy village of Rockingham.
Northamptonshire Police warned people to avoid the stretch of the A6003.
It is not believed the tractor river suffered any injuries.
The accident blackspot is situated at the bottom of a very steep hill that has seen several lorry and HGV crashes over the years, most notably in 2009 when a crane crashed into a house, injuring two men.
