'I do': First live athlete proposal at Rio 2016
One Brazilian athlete might have missed out on a medal at Rio 2016 - but she received a marriage proposal instead.
Brazil women's rugby sevens star Isadora Cerullo, 25, narrowly missed out with her team of qualifying for the knockout rounds during the Games.
But on Monday, at the conclusion of the winners' ceremony, Marjorie Enya, 28, walked on to the pitch at the Deodoro Stadium and proposed to Cerullo - her girlfriend of two years - which was duly accepted.
The scene was captured on camera as the two embraced pitch-side with heart-shaped balloons seen in the background.
Australia won gold at the first ever women's rugby sevens Olympic Games after beating New Zealand 24-17.
