Murray struggles with Olympic flag-bearing duties
Being an Olympic flag bearer sounds like a plum job - all you have to do is carry the nation's banner at the opening ceremony and then relax and enjoy the show.
Andy Murray, however, may be ruing the day he was handed the prestigious role after he fumbled his way through a photo call.
The sportsman was not exactly flying the flag for Team GB after he managed to stand on the wrong side of the Union Jack, entirely concealed Princess Anne and then nearly jabbed an official in the face.
There was laughter as he fumbled the flag at at awkward photo call despite detailed instructions.
Murray had said that being picked as the Team GB flag bearer was an "incredible honour" after his role was announced yesterday.
He is the first tennis player to fill the role.
"The privilege of being the flag bearer is a moment I will remember for the rest of my life and will certainly be one of the highlights of my career," he said.
Murray will be competing in both the men's doubles and men's singles at Rio.
One can only hope that he gets the hang of the flag-waving by the time the Games kick off tomorrow night.
