Couple 'left two-year-old child home alone' while they played Pokémon Go
A couple accused of abandoning their toddler to play Pokémon Go have been charged with neglect.
Brent and Brianne Daley, from Arizona, USA, allegedly left their two-year-old boy alone in 90-degree heat without water while they played the popular mobile game.
Police said a neighbour found the boy "screaming and crying [and] attempting to get into the residence" and he was said to be barefoot, red-faced and dirty.
Officers found a phone number for Brent Daley inside the house, but claim when they called him to tell him his child had been abandoned, he said "whatever" and hung up.
Brent 27, and Brianne, 25, eventually returned and admitted to driving around the area playing Pokémon Go, officials said.
They have been charged with child neglect and endangerment, with police saying their actions were "beyond comprehension".
