'Mr Scotland' bodybuilding champion dies after lunchtime stabbing at industrial park

A man who won this year's 'Mr Scotland' bodybuilding title has died after being stabbed in broad daylight at an industrial park.

A man has been arrested following the death of Michael O'Hanlon at Moorpark industrial estate in Stevenston, North Ayrshire, at around midday on Monday.

Emergency services were called to the estate but the 45-year-old bodybuilder, who ran the Musclebox bodybuilding shops, died at the scene.

The National Amateur Body Building Association website says he won the class two contest and the overall competition in March 2016, having first won the title 23 years ago.
