Muse cancel concert in Turkey after attempted coup
British rock band Muse have announced they are cancelling an upcoming concert in Istanbul after the recent attempted coup in Turkey.
The band, who are currently on their Drones album world tour, announced the news on their website and Twitter.
Fans have been reassured that they will be able to get a full refund for the event, which was due to take place on the 26th July.
However some have taken to Twitter to express their disappointment and anger at the band's decision.
The attempted coup was carried out by members of the Turkish military earlier this month, as they tried to overthrow President Erdogan.
Muse will perform in Romania next week before continuing with their album tour.
