Clapham Junction station reopens after warehouse fire overnight

Clapham Junction train station has reopened and all trains are "running normally" following a large warehouse fire overnight.

Around 100 firefighters were called to tackle a warehouse fire near the train station - the UK's busiest - in Battersea, London, on Wednesday evening, with residents nearby told to keep their windows closed.

Services from London Victoria to Clapham Junction were cancelled after operators were advised to close the line.

However on Thursday morning, National Rail said all trains "are now running normally to and from" the station.
