Richard Branson catches Virgin employee sleeping at work - and poses for sneaky picture

Richard Branson doesn't discipline staff he catches sleeping on the job - he turns it into a PR opportunity.

The Virgin boss made a surprise pit stop at his offices in Australia and came across a tired employee having a nap on a sofa in the staffroom, but instead of reprimanding the sleepy steward, he posed for a photograph to post on his Virgin.com blog.

The unnamed employee, who is seen laying peacefully in his uniform on an uncomfortable-looking sofa in the airline's signature red hue, didn't stir during the impromptu photoshoot - and barely stirred when Branson finally made his presence known.

"He must have thought he was dreaming because he went straight back to sleep," the billionaire entrepreneur wrote. "To be fair, he was on standby, getting some much needed rest."
